Number 1: We have to do it more often using methods like videos and in person or virtual training.
Number 2: We have to keep it simple and use simple language and analogies that are relevant to the people that we’re teaching.
Number 3: We’ve got to be funny and entertaining, so we can focus on positive reinforcement through goals and rewards
