How focused is your IT vendor on learning new skills and obtaining technical certifications so that they can provide you with new and better ways to solve your company’s problems with technology? Additionally, is your IT vendor regularly meeting with you and talking with you about your business and how they could use with they are continuously learning to help improve your company while also keeping you safe?
