Meet The Author

Ross Brouse

Ross Brouse is the founder and CEO of Continuous Networks, a Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in tailored IT solutions for the healthcare industry. With over 20 years of experience, Ross has built Continuous Networks into a trusted partner for medical organizations, offering HIPAA-compliant, proactive IT management. In 2024, the company was named one of ChannelPro Network's Top 20 MSPs and surpassed $10 million in annual revenue for the first time.

While also serving clients in construction and manufacturing, Continuous Networks focuses primarily on healthcare, managing over 1,000 servers and supporting 1,000 businesses across 100 countries. The company is backed by a highly skilled team and provides 24/7 monitoring and support.

Ross's career began far from IT—in film. A Minnesota native, he earned a BFA in Film and Television from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. After shifting his focus to 3D animation and graphic design, he began freelancing, then moved into IT engineering through a web hosting company role in New Jersey. In 2005, he founded a web hosting business, which grew to over $1 million in revenue before merging with another firm. Superstorm Sandy prompted a shift to more robust IT services, and in 2018, Continuous Networks transitioned fully into an MSP.

Ross's leadership centers on long-term client success, aligning profitability with reduced client issues. His team's deep healthcare expertise and client-first mindset foster trust, collaboration, and effective problem-solving. The company's "Tasty Tacos" philosophy symbolizes helping clients achieve what they truly want, rather than dictating what they need.

An early adopter of AI, Ross integrates automation for scalability—streamlining ticket routing, enabling self-service, and enhancing service desk efficiency. "AI is here to stay," he says. "It's about making technology seamless so our clients can focus on their work instead of their I.T. problems."

Outside of work, Ross is passionate about video production and creates educational content on cybersecurity and HIPAA compliance from his in-house studio. He's also an avid Lego collector with over 200 sets, finding the hobby meditative and creatively fulfilling.
